The Scottish Play in New England6/22/2012 This July, I will be appearing in Colonial Theatre's - Rhode Island Shakespeare in The Park's production of MACBETH. I will be playing Lady Macbeth, and am appropriately "foaming at the mouth" to take on the role. I will have the privilege of playing opposite the formidable and fiercely talented Mark Corkins. Mark and I have appeared together on stage before at the Milwaukee Repertory Theatre in Richard III, Mary Stuart, Napoli Millionaria, Yes. No. Maybe So... and, most recently, in A Christmas Carol. However, this is our first opportunity to truly play opposite of one another and I am very excited to say the least! Also, another dear friend and colleague, John Patrick Driscoll, will be gracing the stage with his adept and heart-full mettle as Macduff. J.P. and I appeared together in Hamlet at the Utah Shakespeare Festival (he was Horatio and I was Ophelia). If you find yourself on the beautiful coast of Rhode Island, stop by and check it out!!! PERFORMANCES ARE JULY 11TH - JULY 29TH TUESDAY - SUNDAY @ 8:00 PM IN WILCOX PARK - WESTERLY, RI (see map below) ARE FREE TO THE PUBLIC B.Y.O. lawn chair, picnic blanket, beverage and belief.
