A Defector in Paris - Insatiable Theatre

This Monday I will be reading the role of Marianne in  A Defector In Paris - a smart, dry, silly and somewhat
Stoppardian new comedy by playwright/actor Keith Boynton.

"Fled from under the yoke of Communism, a young dissident writer finds himself living in luxury in the seductive City of Lights. With delicous temptations around every corner and his champagne bill increasing at an alarming rate, Tomas must produce a masterpiece, or risk losing his reputation, his hotel room and very likely his soul."

Also - Directly after the reading, there will be a celebratory reception
in honor of both the reading itself and the debut of Insatiable Theater - a brand-new NYC-based company founded by actor/producer Matt Biagini primarily dedicated to new works for the stage.
